Hi,
Your drawing uses inches and Dimensions in fractional format with precision set to: Zero
See Drawing Preferences .. Dimension .. Dimension Settings .. Number format
Also inspect the same settings under Application Preferences for the default for all new drawings created with QCAD.
Once created see Drawing Preferences.
