Revit Files RVT

QCAD Professional QCAD 'How Do I' Questions

I have QCAD Pro and is there a way to work with Revit files? I searched the form for Revit and RVT and did not come up with anything. I might have missed something?

Hi,
Supported file formats can be found under QCAD features:

A search on RVT returned:
‘RVT file extension is a project file used by Autodesk’s Revit BIM (Building Information Modeling) program. Inside an RVT file is all the architectural details related to the design, such as a 3D model, elevation details, floor plans, and project settings.’

Although QCAD reads and handles 3D content correctly, most drawing methods are basically 2D.
