fails to open. have uninstalled several times.:

Is there an error message or warning? If so what is it?

the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). click ok to close application.

Can you please re-download the file? We’ve had a deployment problem with 3.32.7 for Windows 64bit containing a 32bit DLL which seems to cause that behaviour. The package has since been updated to contain the correct DLL.

did not solve the problem. same error message. i used my down load link.

Most likely your browser gave you the same, cached file…

Please delete the browser cache and try again or revert to the previous version 3.32.6.

The DLL problem should also be fixed in the latest release 3.32.8.
