QCAD Pro Download Link Not Working

I purchased QCAD Pro on 1/8/2025 and went to download the latest version due to a bug fix, and encountered the below message when following the link from the purchase email. I have emailed Support but figured I’d post here and see if I could get info quicker than waiting for a reply email.

UPDATE: I did find a small print notice on the Contact Us page saying the DL service has changed as of April 2025 and that I should have received an email, however I checked my inbox and Spam/Junk folders with no email from QCAD with an updated link

Please check your spam folder of your e-mail account.

We are no longer using the services of Sendowl. We sent you a new download link by e-mail. Please check your spam folder for an e-mail with subject “QCAD: New Download Link”. I’ve also forwarded the e-mail to you again but it will likely end up in your spam folder again, so you do really need to check your spam folder again. Note that e-mails filtered out as spam are usually deleted after a while.
