QCAD-license also valid for QCAD on Linux?

I’m happily running QCAD Pro on W10, and W10 is no longer supported and I’m not really into puchasing a laptop that is supported by W11. So Linux becomes an option. I would then use Linux Mint as I want to have as much use of graphical interfaces rather than cmmmandline during installation. Next step is to install QCAD on Linux as well.

Is my current QCAD Pro on Windows-license valid to download QCAD on Linux, or should purchase a dedicated license?

Hi,

Your QCAD Pro or QCAD/CAM license is personal and perpetual.
It is the access to your personal download area with updates that expires after one year.

You may install QCAD on as many machines that you use yourself.

All this is part of the Licence Agreement and can be found on the RibbonSoft site. :wink:
