Not able to export compatible file .cnc version to our cutting machine after nesting

Sir,


I am not able to get the appropriate version for .cnc file extension for our cutting machine.

Error shows when we send path to pen drive

Error display shows: arc length too long : 0

then we extract file from Pronest 8 and covert nested file then in is working properly from Pronest software.


Kindly help

Please provide more details:

  • What post processor do you use?
  • What type of machine / controller do you have?
  • Please attach your files: the output from QCAD/CAM, a file that is known to work, your DXF file

Note that the extension .cnc is used by many different G-Code dialects and is no indication that a file will work with your particular controller.
