Sudenly when i am going ta made a pdf its very slow ,been so a couple of months know

when i press save as pdf at firtst the dialog appears with just the frame for about 5-7 sec ,after that the window appears but is unresponsive for about 10 seconds

This sounds more like a problem with the file dialog. Does this also happen when you use File > Save As…?

Yes it does

This would indeed indicate that there is a problem with the file dialog on your system rather than a problem with PDF export in QCAD.

You might want to try to disable the use of the system file dialog:

Edit > Application Preferences > File > Open/Save > [ ] Use system file dialog (uncheck)
