Hi, I have a MacBook Air and am running Ventura 13.3.1. I have been trying to install the software without success. Can you give me a hint of what I have to do?
Thank you
Hi, did you follow the installation manual?
did you download the correct trial version regarding to your OS?
After a successful trial installation you have to delete a few files to make it a Community Edition (free). A tutorial how to do that correctly can be fond below:
Hello I am having problems to run the community version on my MacBook Air running an intel processor and MACOS 12.7.6, latest version I can install.
Read manual which advises to install installation/3.x/macOS/qcad-3.x.x-pro-macos-10.14-13.dmg but I get this message “QCADCAM-Trial 2” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. So I downloaded the latest version of QCAD for Intel and MAC OS. QCAD icon pops up on task bar but never opens. I found a discussion in the Forum that I need to delete a few plugins and the application will tell me which when it opens! So getting nowhere. Advice please. I can find the plugins folder, guess I just need someone to advise which to remove!
Solved. Changed browser. Used Safari, explorer or google depending upon OS and device and all worked fine. Seems less common more private browsers are not supported
