DWG file is not displayed

Hi,
I have troubles with opening some dwg files. It tells me “loaded sucessfully”, it can also recognize the autocad format:
Drawing loaded successfully: X:/F-20-03-00.dwg
Format: R15 (2000) DWG Drawing (OpenDesign) (*.dwg)
But nothing is displayed on the screen. Is there advice how to solve it? Converting to other older / newer / dwg / dxf format does not help.

Operating system: WIN 7, 64

The entire drawing was created in a layout block (unusual, but no problem).

  • View > Block List
  • Double-click on “Layout 1”
