Which linux version?

I just installed Linux Mint cinnamon on my laptop. In the download area I see that there are 2 variants,I don’t know which one to use as I am totally new to Linux.

I use Linux Mint and always use qcad-x.xx.x-pro-linux-qt5.14-x86_64.run as Andrew suggests, I’ve never had a problem.

Thanks for the answers. I did not know that I had to make the file executable!

You’ll find that happens quite often, I always check that the execute permission is set with new software.
