I have tried to run the Snapshot (3.31.2.4) on my Win7-64 pc. It installs but QCAD refuses to start. Is my Windows too old to be compatible?

Unfortunately, Qt 6 does not support Windows 7:

But we will still provide Qt 5 packages for the foreseeable future.
