Just a tip

When you have one of those pesky e.g. “Exception occurred. Entity NOT saved: f934” errors when you save a file.

Don’t forget to check in Blocks…

When you use the Misc \> Select \> By Handle to try and find the entity but the result is there is nothing selected in your drawing (even though the Command Line has a result like e.g. “Object selected: 14435”.

Turns out that I had a corrupt entity in a Block.

Steps to isolate:

- Duplicate the drawing

- Select ALL drawing entities and delete.

- Try to save and if you still get the error.

- Delete Blocks one by one saving at each step.

- If/when the error goes away undo the last Block deletion and open the block to edit.

- Misc \> Select \> By Handle

- Zoom into the selection in the block and review/delete.

- Save

- Error gone.

Go back to the original drawing and repeat the search in the Block that had the and delete the entity.

If anybody has a better process please add a reply.
